We advise and train laboratory teams to optmize their daily operations.

We help provide better care.

Founded in 2002 as L’Appui et le beau temps, Mantra Solutions helps pharmacists and their teams optimize their operations while complying with the Ordre des Pharmaciens du Québec’s requirements and the new laws and regulations put in place by the various levels of government.

With the expansion of the pharmacy practice framework, new possibilities were created, but it also upended the habits of laboratory teams. Mantra Solutions comes alongside healthcare professionals to offer practical, professional and personalized continuing education services.

The company also offers on-site or remote consulting and coaching services throughout Quebec. We take full advantage of the available technology to provide relevant and entertaining content.

The team now includes more than 10 resources dedicated to improving pharmacy practices, which makes us able to support pharmacists, nurses and technical assistants.

Bills 31 and 41:
Navigating Them, Adapting to Them and Organizing Around Them

Bills 31 and 41:
Navigating Them, Adapting to Them and Organizing Around Them

The need

As of January 25, 2021, clinical procedures are no longer subject to deductibles or copayment barriers. Patients’ needs are also constantly evolving, and pharmacy teams now have more tools at their disposal to serve them well. Now more than ever, there is an opportunity to organize clinical procedures in a way that will lead to comprehensive patient care.

Moreover, Regulation C-26 has eased certain restrictions slowing down the application of Bill 41, especially during the pandemic. This is in addition to Bill 31, which significantly redefines the clinical role of pharmacists and the technical contribution of PTAs. Vaccination is the perfect example of this.

The benefit

Ensure that new opportunities created by Bills 31 and 41 are properly harnessed.
